Christmas in NYC

Christmas time is New York City is magical! And I say this as someone living here, dealing with the insane amounts of crowds and tourists that come with the season. My friends and I took our annual Midtown Christmas tour last week, which just so happened to coincide with the first snow…it was perfect!

There are so many places to see holiday lights in the city, but the world famous Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree is always number one on our list. A must see for anyone coming to the city during the holiday season. Seeing the tree at 30 Rock really makes it feel like it’s officially Christmas.

Some other stops along the way included the decorations along 6th Avenue, the Holiday Village at Bryant Park and Radio City Music Hall, where we watched the Radio City Rockettes Christmas Spectacular. Below are a few of the shots I took along the way. If you’ve never been to New York City at Christmas time, definitely put it on your list.  You will leave energized, full of Christmas cheer and with memories to last a lifetime.

Merry Christmas from New York City!
